In order to decide which measures need to be carried out, we regularly inspect all rented and auxiliary areas of the property and also examine the building fabric and HVACR installations.
Based on these inspections we determine which measures are urgently required from a technical viewpoint and which seem sensible for economic reasons. Our planning includes a realistic cost estimate of all investments that will likely be required in the short term and over the next five to ten years.
Our competent staff – including construction engineers, architects, building services engineers and architectural draughtsmen – carry out the work directly on site.
